Isabelle Daza Tampok sa Finale Episode ng Spooky Nights


Dumaan man ang mga taon, hindi maikakaila na ang napakaganda at sexy na aktres na si Carmi Martin ay may asim pa rin.  Kung baga sa mga beauty pageant siya ay forever reigning queen.  Kaya naman tamang tama ang kanyang role sa episode ngayong Sabado ng Spooky Nights ng GMA-7 kung saan makakasama niya ang napakagandang female star ng siyete na si Isabel Daza.  Kasama rin sa finale episode ng show si Bubbles Paraiso.

Sa nasabing episode, gaganap si Carmi bilang Oria, isang beauty queen na noong kanyang kapanahunan ay siyang pinakasikat sa Barangay Papaitan. Ngayon, ang anak naman ni Oria na si Mabel (Isabel Daza) ang gustong sumunod sa kanyang mga yapak.  Ngunit para kay Oria, isa lang dapat ang maging beauty queen sa pamilya.  Tutol man ang kanyang ina, sumali pa rin si Mabel sa Mutya ng Papaitan beauty contest at nanalo.  Ngunit sa gabi ng kanyang koronasyon, may papatay sa kanya.  Ang pinaghinalaan ng mga pulis ay si Pamela (Bubbles Paraiso) na matinding kalaban ni Mabel sa nasabing beauty contest.

Bianca King files for divorce from Luis Alandy


Viewers can expect a lot of dramatic confrontations in the afternoon drama, Broken Vow, as Bianca King’s character faces the toughest and most painful decision in her life in the episodes this week. 

After Roberto (Gabby Eigenmann) uncovered the secrets of Felix (Luis Alandy), he confessed to Melissa that her husband Felix and her rapist is one and the same person. Melissa is shattered and devastated by this revelation and feels betrayed by the man to whom she entrusted her life. 

Roberto urges Melissa to file a rape case against Felix and put him behind bars for his misdeed. He even hires a lawyer to help expedite the process. But according to their lawyer, Melissa cannot file a case unless she divorces Felix in court.

Nomer Limatog guests on Tropang Potchi this Saturday

Nomer Limatog, the youngest contestant in the talent search Protégé: The Battle for the Big Break, will guest this Saturday in GMA’s educational morning program for kids Tropang Potchi.

Nomer portrays Sab’s friend but unknown to Sab, he’s got a crush on her. He tries to impress her by helping her out in her school homework and projects. Sabrina feels Nomer is such a great help, but Sab’s ka-potchi Julian Trono, Miggy Jimenez, Bianca Umali, Liane Valentino and Lenlen Frial think Sab’s already going too far – she’s beginning to take advantage of Nomer’s kindness and makes him do all her assignments. What will her ka-potchi do to correct her attitude?

Also this Saturday, Sab and Miggy will take viewers to Negros, where they embark on a nature trip, discover the province’s rich artistry and history, and visit its century-old houses.

Tropang Potchi mamamasyal sa Bataan at Corregidor

Sa pagpapatuloy ng Pinoy Summer Special ng programang Tropang Potchi ng GMA-7, and probinsiya ng Bataan at isla ng Corregidor naman ang susunod na papasyalin ng mga kiddie cast nito.


Samahan sina Julian Trono, Miggy Jimenez at Bianca Umali sa kanilang excursion sa Bataan kung saan ay magpapakawala sila ng isang batang pawikan sa dagat sa tulong ng Pawikan Conservation Center.  Sa Bataan din makikita ang pinaka-malaking krus sa buong mundo – ang Dambana ng Kagitingan na itinayo para bigyang pugay ang mga sundalong nagbuwis ng kanilang mga buhay noong World War II. 


Mula Bataan ay nag-boat ride naman patungong Corregidor ang tatlo kung saan binisita nila ang tanyag na Japanese Tunnel, lighthouse at Malinta Tunnel.  Sa Corregidor, isang kakaibang activity ang kanilang sinubukan, ang magpataasan ng pinagpatong-patong na bato o tinatawag na rock balancing.  Sinubukan din ng tatlo ang kayaking.

Traditional Drama balwarte na ng GMA Afternoon Prime

Afternoon soaps ng Kapuso, tinatangkilik sa buong bansa 



Kung noon ay telefantasya ang entertainment genre na maituturing na balwarte ng GMA-7, ngayon pati traditional drama genre binakuran na rin ng Kapuso Network sa Afternoon Prime block nito.
Patunay dito ang malaking panalo sa ratings ng mga programang panghapon ng GMA-7 hindi lamang sa Mega Manila at Urban Luzon, maging sa National Urban Philippines din.
Ayon sa January 1 – March 16, 2012 data ng mas pinagkakatiwalaang ratings data provider na Nielsen TV Audience Measurement, wagi ang buong Afternoon Prime programming block (Weekdays, 2:30pm – 6:30pm) ng GMA-7 sa National Urban Philippines.  Nakakuha ang GMA ng household rating na 14.6 pts., samantalang ang ABS-CBN ay nakakuha lamang ng 10.9 pts. at ang TV-5 ay 6.6 pts.  Ang GMA-7 ay nagkamit ng audience share na 36.9% samantalang ang ABS-CBN ay nakakuha lamang ng 27.5% at ang TV5 ay 16.8%.

Ngayong Sabado sa TROPANG POTCHI!


ILOCOS ESCAPADE (SAKIT-SAKITAN)

Binisita ang tropa ng kaklase ni Liane na si Sofia para gumawa ng school report. Pero itong si Julian, may kakaibang napapansin kay Sofia, nagsasakit-sakitan daw ang bisita. Ayon kasi kay Sofia, masama ang pakiramdam niya kung kaya hindi siya makakapasok sa school. Napilitan tuloy si Liane na pumayag na siya na lang mag-isa ang gagawa at magrereport sa school.

Samantala, habang inoobserbahan nina Julian at Miggy ang mga kinikilos ni Sofia, ikinuwento muna ni Miggy ang naging summer adventure niya kasama si Gab sa Ilocos: Sand Dunes adventure (Sandboarding, Dune bashing), Historical Tour (Laoag Sinking Bell Tower and Paoay Church), and Ilokano Fusion dishes! Simula na nga ng summer para sa mga ka-potchi.

May sakit nga ba si Sofia? O nagsasakit-sakitan lang?

Kapuso star Gwen Zamora topbills international film “The Witness”



GMA 7 artist Gwen Zamora was chosen to be the lead actress of an international film “The Witness” which will also be shown in the Philippines this March.

After appearing in several television shows and local movies, Gwen embarks to a thrilling challenge in her career as an artist---showing the international audiences her acting prowess through The Witness.

Among the cast of the said film, Gwen Zamora is the only Filipina yet she assures the moviegoers that she did her best to be at par with her co-actors.
Gwen portrays the role of Angel Fordeliza Isagani, a General Manager of a hotel, who was transferred from Manila to the Jakarta hotel. She is haunted by strange dreams about a young man, named Aris, who attempted suicide by firing his own gun into his mouth.
