Paramount Network announces Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens returns on September 25

All-star lineup includes Michael Bolton, Ronny Chieng, Janeane Garofalo, Gina Gershon, Ken Jeong, Frankie Muniz, and more

First and exclusive in Asia, the latest season will premiere on Paramount Network

The latest season of comedy series Awkwafina is Nora from Queens is set to return on September 25 at 9.25pm SGT. In Season 3, fans can look forward to guest stars and directors including Bill Benz, Jordan Kim, Laura Murphy and the directorial debut of Awkwafina. Premiering exclusively in Asia on the Paramount Network channel, the series will air every Monday and Tuesday at 9.25pm SGT.

The Filipino horror film will launch in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide

Global video streaming service Prime Video announced today that  Filipino Amazon Original film In My Mother’s Skin, written and directed by Kenneth Dagatan (Ma), will launch on October 12, 2023 on Prime Video in the Philippines and in over 240 countries and territories.

In My Mother’s Skin, a Filipino horror fairytale, was the only non-English language film which had its world premiere in the 2023 Sundance Film Festival’s Midnight Section. The film  deals with the agonizing conflict of a young girl’s duty to protect her dying mother and her misplaced trust in a beguiling, flesh-eating fairy. The film stars Beauty Gonzalez, Felicity Kyle Napuli, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, James Mavie Estrella, and Angeli Bayani. Subsequently,  it traveled to over ten film festivals including BiFan (Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, South Korea), Fantasia (Canada), Neuchatel (Switzerland), Karlovy Vary (Czech Republic) and Miffest (Malaysia) and will join hundreds of shows and films available exclusively on the Prime Video catalog on October 12, 2023.

Berlin Launches On Netflix On December 29

The spinoff for La casa de papel stars Pedro Alonso, Michelle Jenner, Tristán Ulloa, Begoña Vargas, Julio Peña Fernández and Joel Sánchez

Netflix will release BERLIN  on December 29th. The spinoff for La Casa de Papel follows one of the most extraordinary heists of the iconic character played by Pedro Alonso, who returns to the role of the hedonistic and clever Berlin. 

Alongside him, his new gang: Michelle Jenner (Isabel) plays Keila, an eminence in electronic engineering; Tristán Ulloa (Fariña) goes into the skin of Damián, a philanthropic professor and Berlin’s confidant; Begoña Vargas (Welcome to Eden) plays Cameron, a kamikaze who always lives on the edge; Julio Peña Fernández (Through My Window) brings to life Roi, Berlin’s faithful squire; and Joel Sánchez plays Bruce, the relentless man of action in the gang. Step Back Into the Ring as Wrestling Drama Heels Season 2 heads to Lionsgate Play this September 22

Alexander Ludwig and Stephen Amell reprise their roles in critically acclaimed drama Heels Season 2, exclusively available in the Philippines on Lionsgate Play.
