MYMP renews ties with PolyEast Records, launches new single “Di Mo Lang Alam”

OPM acoustic band MYMP is back to release more music under PolyEast Records! After renewing ties with the record label, the band is set to release a brand new song titled “Di Mo Lang Alam” which will be launched through a night of acoustic performances by the band on  October 28, 2023 at Supersam, Quezon City.

With catchy instrumentals, a fun beat, and beautiful vocals, the song is a remarkable comeback single for the group. Produced by Chin Alcantara and written by vocalist Juliet Bahala, she shares that “it talks about the little things we do, the little ways we create just to be noticed by someone we like - even if the world might not be in our favor sometimes.”

In addition, MYMP explains that “‘Di Mo Lang Alam’ is a phrase we often use to say when we are trying to hint at someone that there is more to the surface than meets the eye, whether it's a negative or a positive thing. In this song, it's the latter.”

It’s been two years since his last studio album and TJ is back dropping the digital release of the new single “Tulad Mo”. With his latest effort, the YouTube singer-songwriter traded in the acoustic ballads from his debut album for a breezy, mid-tempo charm.

“I've always loved acoustic and I will always love acoustic music. But this time, it's quite different compared to my previous acoustic songs. I tried reinventing to do more up-beat, pop-ish kind of feel. You know, the same music you sing when you’re happy” said the 25-year old acoustic singer.
