CreaZion Studios, UXS, and Kapitol Films' Isang Himala—which premiered at the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) and earned accolades including Fourth Best Picture, Special Jury Prize, Best Supporting Actress for Kakki Teodoro, Best Original Theme Song, and Best Musical Score by Vincent de Jesus—garnered a total of seven nominations at this year’s EDDYS.
Isang Himala was nominated in the following categories:
- Best Picture
- Best Director
- Best Screenplay (Ricky Lee, Pepe Diokno)
- Best Supporting Actress (Kakki Teodoro)
- Best Musical Score (Vincent de Jesus)

In the midst of drought and famine in Baryo Cupang, a young woman named Elsa claimed to have been visited by the Blessed Virgin and granted the power to heal the sick. As people flocked to witness her miracles, Baryo Cupang was consumed by faith, prosperity, greed, and deceit.
In a world thirsting for salvation, is Elsa truly a symbol of hope?
"Isang Himala" is a moving adaptation of Himala (1982), reimagined with a fresh perspective by National Artist Ricky Lee.
