Central Colleges Opens The Sem With A Concert

Central Colleges of the Philippines (CCP), in partnership with km 22 Advertising, organized a welcome concert for its students and employees at the school grounds on July 12, 2018.

Dubbed as CCP Welcome Fair 2018, this concert was headlined by popular bands Silent Sanctuary, Soapdish, Dotty Chan, Absolute Play and BRWN. Solo artists Jason Fernandez (former Rivermaya vocalist) and RJ Agustin also performed.

An estimated 5,000 students flocked the CCP school grounds for this one-night event sponsored by telecommunications giant Smart and eyedrop brand Eye Mo.

Students also enjoyed freebies from sponsors Oishi, Nice Day Coffee, Gluta Max and Power Potato which set-up booths during the concert.

“We are happy to see our students enjoy the free concert. Last year, we also opened the semester with a concert and we were overwhelmed with the response of the crowd. That’s the reason why we worked hard to make this welcome concert possible for this school year,” CCP Marketing Head Laurie Reyes-Blay said.

The Marketing and Admissions Office is the main organizer of this welcome fair.
