Myles Smith shares long-awaited debut album My Mess, My Heart, My Life.

Myles Smith releases his debut album ‘My Mess, My Heart, My Life.’, the most personal and ambitious project of his career to date.

The release arrives at a remarkable moment in Myles’ rise. Earlier this month he kicked off his biggest world tour to date, spanning North America, Europe and the UK, and this November will headline a sold-out show at London’s The O2 - a milestone that sees him sell out one of the UK’s most iconic venues before the release of his debut album.

Speaking about the album, Myles says:

“This album is the most personal thing I’ve ever made. It came from looking back at old therapy notes, memories and experiences that shaped who I am, and trying to make sense of them through music. Every song reflects a different part of that journey - family, love, loss, mental health and self-discovery. More than anything, ‘My Mess, My Heart, My Life.’ is about learning to accept your past, understanding yourself a little better, and finding hope in the fact that we’re all a work in progress.”

After sparking much anticipation on socials, Myles now officially lifts the curtain on the track, with pre-orders available from today. 'Drive Safe' marks the first official collaboration between the two artists - co-written by Myles Smith and Niall Horan, the song reflects the close creative friendship the pair have developed. Pairing Myles’ emotionally precise songwriting with Niall’s globally celebrated melodic sensibility, the track feels both intimate and effortless, shaped by a shared instinct for honest, heartfelt storytelling.

Speaking on the process of working with Niall Horan, Myles Smith says: “Collaborations only really matter to me when they come from something real, and working with Niall genuinely did. He’s got this effortless instinct for melody, but beyond that he’s a good friend who very quickly became one of my closest. Our friendship shaped the song, and hopefully you can feel it in every line!”

Fresh off a whirlwind tour across the United States and Australia - where he played to packed venues and received critical praise - Myles has channeled his experiences, reflections, and growth into this six-track collection.

Written and recorded over the past year, the EP is a poignant snapshot of a transformative period in his life. Stripped back yet richly layered, “A Minute, A Moment…” finds Myles at his most raw and introspective, delving deep into themes of identity, love, heartbreak and self-discovery. “This EP has been a real labour of love, months of time, care, and everything I had to give.” Myles recently said of the EP in an Instagram post.
