Three stories connected by love and betrayal in the iWant Original film “Love Lockdown,” now streaming on TFC Online

While everyone was asked to maintain a safe social distance in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, the lives of Jake Cuenca, Kylie Verzosa, Angelica Panganiban, JM De Guzman, Tony Labrusca, Sue Ramirez, and Arjo Atayde unexpectedly intertwine in the iWant Original movie “Love Lockdown” which is exclusively available for Premium subscribers of TFC Online.

Adapting to the “new normal,” Dreamscape Entertainment produces a film that was shot by the cast themselves at the safety of their homes, with guidance from the film’s directors Andoy Ranay, Darnel Villaflor, Noel Escondo, and Emmanuel Palo.

Love, lies, and betrayal bring together three stories, turning the lives of Jacob (Jake Cuenca), Karen (Kylie Verzosa), Lesley (Angelica Panganiban), Allan (JM De Guzman), Darren (Tony Labrusca), Abby (Sue Ramirez), and Fred (Arjo Atayde) upside-down.

The freedom to live and love in the film "Malaya", now streaming worldwide on iWant, TFC Online, and TFC IPTV

Finding the right love at the wrong time, this seems to be the case in the love story of Lovi Poe and Zanjoe Marudo in the latest iWant Originals film “Malaya,” which is now streaming in countries outside the Philippines via Pay Per View on TFC Online and TFC IPTV, and in the Philippines via iWant.

Aside from the deep love shared by the lead characters, the film also takes a look at the lives of the overseas Filipinos who endure the loneliness in a foreign land and being away from their children to provide them a better future. While at the same time, left-behind children suffer the emotional and social impact of the separation, and that pain lingers even when children become reunited with parents over the years.

Singapore Pop Artist Dominic Chin Releases BETTER via Umami Records

Singapore pop artist Dominic Chin has released BETTER, the fifth single of his 7-track debut EP License To Cry, via indie label Umami Records.

BETTER is a poppy, free-spirited song about the joys of being high on love. Dominic Chin shares: “This song is inspired by love! There’s a quote that says ‘falling in love is the best high without breaking the law’, and I fully agree! The whole chorus talks about how flowers smell better, time passes much slower, the sky is BLUE-ER. How you don’t ever want time to stop when you’re with the person you love.”

Fun, playful melodies accompany Dominic’s beautiful and infectious vocals, leading up to unapologetically brash and compelling choruses which he proudly belts out. “I felt like it needed a quirky aspect too, and that's why I sang ‘You-you-you’ with a slight yodle. AND I love showing off my whistling skills. I have been practicing for years, finally I can properly show it off!” shared Dominic.
