TFC’s NewsColored! features a month-long celebration of Philippine Independence Day with the Filipino Community across Asia Pacific

It’s a special time for Filipinos around the world as we celebrate the Philippine Independence Day every 12th of June. Clad in our Filipiniana attire, we commemorate our heritage through cultural performances, native delicacies, and festive gatherings. However, we know all too well that this year would be different.

That is why TFC is bringing the festivities into the homes of Filipinos across the Asia Pacific through “NewsColored! House Arrest presents #PPE – Pinoy Pride Extravaganza.” To celebrate 122 years of Philippine Independence, the month-long celebration will be featuring Filipino organizations from Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, and South Korea.

TFC Asia Pacific ensures the Filipino community in the region that public service as well as being ambassadors of Filipino entertainment, culture, and heritage remain at the forefront of its global mission.
