“It was heavy. We did multiple takes of the scene top to bottom, at least ten minutes each take, plus discussions with both Barbie and Direk Mark. Overall, it took several hours—the whole late afternoon to early evening. That felt to me like great collaborative work between actors and director.”

Marie Armani is the masked and hooded ally of Noreen, aiding in the plan to bring down Ruffa Gutierrez’s Velma through insider knowledge and digital tech-savvy maneuvers. It is revealed that she also harbors her own desire for revenge against the Imperials. As the story unfolds, more of her motives will come to light.
