Justine Joy Is Here!

Justine Joy is Filipino - Australian-based independent artist. Her independently produced debut album "Fly Away" is a testament of her fun and carefree spirit that soars high with her intense passion for music.  She spent her childhood years honing her talent in singing by taking a vocal coach, joining singing talent competition, and performing in numerous school plays.  In 2006, she was spotted by a dance talent scout  and persuaded her to be part of the newly formed hip hop dance crew “Gigabeatz” and went on to dance and sing with them until 2008.  Gigabeatz won and placed in the top spots in several local hip hop dance competitions such as “Looze Control” and “Groove Hills”, as well as performed at many local charity and nightclub events. In 2007, Justine was fortunate enough to dance with Gigabeatz as the front act to the acclaimed group “The Outlawz” created by the late legendary rapper Tupac Shakur on his 10th Anniversary Legacy Tour, at their Sydney show with local artists Lia Maja and Abel. Also in 2007, Justine and Gigabeatz placed 1st in the local song and dance competition “Boogie Tunez” (Justine & Gigabeatz - Boogie Tunez 2007), the first of its kind in the area.

The country’s celebrated singer and iconic diva, Zsa Zsa Padilla returns in the recording studio with BEGINNINGS, her new release in three years and home to several standout tracks in the 10-song easy-listening collection released by Polyeast Records. 

Dubbed as Divine Diva for her impeccable talent, Zsa Zsa’s music has evolved since her debut as a PolyEast Records artist.  The new album is lauded with refreshing ‘70s and ‘80s covers and expresses an inspirational warmth, honest talent and humble grace of a woman who’s paying tribute to a love the second time around. 

It is easy to see why she is thrilled about this album as Zsa Zsa said on her liner notes, “The last studio album I did was a personal to me. Although it was filled with original OPM songs, I had just lost a great love so when I listen to it now; I find it a bit sad and yes, at times angry. I was still grieving and never I though it possible to love again.”

The International Diabetes Foundation has reported that the Philippines has been named as one the world’s emerging diabetes hotspot having treated 3.2 million cases in 2014 alone. 

In its simplest terms, diabetes is a lifelong chronic condition that affects the body’s ability to use the energy found in food. For non-diabetics, the sugar and carbohydrates in the food are transformed into glucose, which the cells absorb in the bloodstream with the help of a hormone called insulin. Diabetics do not produce or do not have enough insulin in the body and therefore cannot absorb the glucose, which creates a build-up in the blood and often leads to more serious illnesses.

TV5 Brings A Magical Story on Wattpad Presents Jenny And The Magic Arinola

Kapatid viewers are in for a "kilig" treat as TV5 mixes romance, comedy and a dash ofmagic in the latest offering of its primetime mini-series Wattpad Present "Jenny And The Magic Arinola" featuring Isabelle De Leon.

Originally written by famous author owwsic, this television adaptation is based from the Wattpad novel of the same title which has already garnered more than 1M readers and over 35K votes.

In this modern day and age, what will you do if a genie suddenly appears before you willing to grant your three wishes? But unlike what happens in every classical fairy tale story, this genie does not pop out from any traditional lamp, instead he comes out from an "arinola" - Pinoy's version of a chamber pot. Jenny (Isabelle De Leon) is not your typical damsel in distress, she is in fact a nosey and talkative girl who sadly, was left behind by her boyfriend, Berto (Brent Manzano) on their 2nd year anniversary celebration. 

Daniel To Conquer MoA Arena With "MOST WANTED" Concert on June 13

After the phenomenal success of his birthday concert last year, Philippine showbiz teen king and Star Music multiplatinum-selling recording artist Daniel Padilla is pulling out all the stops as he performs live on June 13 in his third majorconcert dubbed "Daniel Most Wanted" at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Packed with surprizes and special guests, the concert will showcase Daniel at his best as he serenades the crowd with his crooner classics such as Frank Sinatra's "Come Fly With Me," James Taylor's "How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)," and Stevie Wonder's "Knocks Me Off My Feet."

Sharing the stage with Daniel are Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano, Kyla, Nyoy Volante, Edgar Allan Guzman, Morissette, KZ Tandingan, and boyband Harana composed of Joseph Marco, Michael Pangilinan, Bryan Santos and Marlo Mortel.
