ABS-CBN TFC kicks off its year-end offerings with fresh content across Asia Pacific

ABS-CBN TFC releases new content for the enjoyment of overseas Filipinos, including those who are based across the Asia Pacific... and there is more to come! Early in the fourth quarter, TFC introduced the latest batch of Pinay beauty queens, best-loved 90s OPM (Original Pilipino Music), and all-new projects from favorite Kapamilya stars led by box office stars Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo.

Digital Movie Series “The House Arrest of Us”

Among the new content is the first Star Cinema digital movie series and KathNiel’s comeback project, “The House Arrest of Us,” which proves to be highly anticipated with its teaser garnering at least 3.67 million views on Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter 48 hours since upload. The pilot episode has likewise trended on Twitter on its premiere last October 24.

Star Cinema brings a different kind of movie experience via the Kathryn Bernardo-Daniel Padilla starrer film “The House Arrest of Us”

Star Cinema, the film arm of the Filipino-owned multi-media company ABS-CBN, brings a different kind of movie experience with its first digital movie series “The House Arrest of Us,” which will be seen worldwide on iWantTFC and TFC IPTV starting October 25.

Different from the usual almost two-hours-long movie viewing, the movie “The House Arrest of Us” will be divided into 13 episodes with each episode being released weekly, which viewers from different countries around the world get to watch repeatedly throughout the season.

The digital movie series also serves as the reunion project of the box-office stars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, collectively known as KathNiel, since their last TV series and movie together. Their last TV series was “La Luna Sangre” in 2017, while it was in 2018 when they starred in the box-office hit Filipino film “The Hows of Us.”
