TFC launches global Filipinos’ ultimate digital experience hub “TFCX” with “TFC Win From Home” this August

A lot has changed in people’s lives since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. People are encouraged to stay at home, most activities like buying groceries and reunions are now done online, and businesses are either closing or laying-off employees to sustain the business due to the economy drop. These changes made an impact on the lives of the people, including the overseas Filipinos.

TFC, being an innovative company that caters to the ever-changing needs of the overseas Filipinos, evolves with them by ensuring their safety but not sacrificing the access to their essential needs--from timely and relevant information and entertainment, to keeping the connection with their fellow overseas Filipinos, up to the aid they need to get through the everyday life of living abroad.

Director Adolfo Alix Jr. Brings Wendell Ramos’ Son and Markki Stroem for the Final Episodes of Unlocked

Quarantine-themed anthology series Unlocked returns with its final three episodes this Thursday, August 27th, to the streaming platform GagaOOLala. Since the release of its first episode back in July, Unlocked quickly became the most watched series of all time on the LGBTQ+ platform, and each new episode has sat at the top of the most watched titles for six weeks.

Seeing the undeniable interest of the audience in these small but emotional stories, director Adolfo Alix Jr. wanted to extend the number of episodes to nine from the original six. “Greenlighting three more episodes was the easiest decision we had to make. Unlocked has brought the attention of people from all over the world and an increase of 500% in new weekly subscribers to the platform, which reflects on how universal and timely the series is,” says Jaime Costas Nicolás, international coordinator at GagaOOLala.
