It’s only a week before the most popular celebrities online will be awarded at the 2012 Yahoo! OMG! Philippines Awards on Friday, July 6 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Stars from GMA Network compete in 20 categories in this year’s Yahoo! OMG! Awards, which is based on the most-searched celebrities based on the trending metric in the Yahoo! Philippines Search Engine.
Kapuso royalty Dingdong Dantes is nominated in the Actor of the Year category, while his girlfriend, primetime superstar Marian Rivera and Makapiling Kang Muli lead actress Carla Abellana are both nominated in the Actress of the Year category.
Marian Rivera and Sam Pinto are the nominees in the Celebrity of the Year category, while Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla, Jr. is a nominee in the Celebrity with Major Impact category.
